SMS Opt-In

How users consent to receive text messages from ClientFlash, shown in full with no login required. Last updated: August 1, 2026.

Who sends these messages

ClientFlash is business software for commercial cleaning and janitorial companies, operated by ClientFlash LLC in Colorado. A cleaning company runs its buildings, inspections, invoices, and crews in ClientFlash, and the text messages described on this page are the operational alerts that come out of that work. There is no marketing texting of any kind.

How someone becomes a user, and where opt-in happens

ClientFlash is sold to businesses, not to the public. A cleaning company signs up by contacting us at support@clientflash.com or booking a demo, and we create their account. That company then adds its own staff, subcontractors, and building-manager contacts as users.

Once a user has an account, they turn text messages on for themselves. They open Settings → Notifications at app.clientflash.com, enter their own mobile number, and tick a consent box that is unchecked by default. That is the only way to opt in. We do not collect phone numbers on any public page, we do not use text-in keywords, and we never add a number on someone else's behalf.

Because opt-in happens inside a user's own account, the live form sits behind a login. The section below reproduces it exactly so it can be reviewed and verified by anyone, with no account required.

Mobile phone

US numbers only for now. Any format works: (303) 555-1234, 303-555-1234, or 3035551234.

How consent is enforced

What subscribers receive

Operational account and service notifications only. No marketing. A cleaning company's staff and subcontractors are notified when an invoice is ready for approval, when a corrective action is assigned, and when a complaint is filed at a property they service. Building managers are notified when a quality-control inspection report is ready. Examples:

Each message identifies the cleaning company sending it by name.

Frequency, cost, and stopping

Message frequency varies with account activity and the notifications a user has turned on. Message and data rates may apply, charged by the mobile carrier and not by us. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Text notifications can also be turned off at any time in the same Settings → Notifications screen.

Privacy

A mobile number is used only to send the service and account messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent, or lease mobile numbers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
