What this site collects

Almost nothing. This site has no login, no account creation, and no tracking pixels. If you email us or book a demo, we get the contact details you choose to send and we use them to reply to you. That's it.

What we do with it

• We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and schedule demos.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations.

Mobile messaging (SMS)

If you give ClientFlash your mobile number and opt in inside the application, we use it only to send the account and service text messages you asked for, such as invoice notices, quality-inspection results, complaints, and schedule updates. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent, or lease your mobile number or your SMS consent. Full details are in our SMS terms.

The application is separate

The ClientFlash application at app.clientflash.com has its own terms covering customer data, including the SMS terms linked in the footer. Data you put into the application belongs to your company and is isolated from every other company's data.

AI features in the application

The ClientFlash application uses AI to speed up a few data-entry jobs, such as matching the columns in a spreadsheet you import or reading a supplier invoice you upload. AI only suggests; a person reviews and confirms before anything is saved, and AI never writes or changes a number on its own. The processing is done by Anthropic, the maker of Claude, under a commercial agreement in which your data is not used to train AI models and is deleted within 30 days. Each company can turn these features off in its own settings. The full list of outside providers that handle data on our behalf is published at app.clientflash.com/legal/subprocessors.
