Why it exists

Built inside a real janitorial company.

Not by a software company guessing what cleaning companies need, and not from a market study. It was built in the middle of the work, by people who had to live with whatever it did wrong.

ClientFlash started inside a local commercial cleaning company in Colorado. The problem was the ordinary one: three subscriptions that did not talk to each other, a bidding spreadsheet that only one person understood, and no reliable way to tell which buildings were making money until the year was over.

The first version solved one thing, which was getting a bid out of a walkthrough without retyping the building three times. Everything after that got built because the same problem kept happening in a different part of the month.

Every feature ran on real buildings first

The bid math was checked against jobs that were actually cleaned, at prices that were actually charged, by crews who were actually paid. When a number came out wrong, somebody found out because a building lost money, not because a test failed.

The Spanish cleaner app exists because the crews needed it. The double-booking warning exists because somebody got double-booked. The insurance check on subcontractor payouts exists because paying an uninsured sub is a problem you only need to have once.

What we will not do

We will not fake testimonials or invent a customer count. There is no logo strip on this site pretending household names use it, and there is no review score we made up. When founding customers have something to say, you will read it here with their name on it.

We will also not claim features we have not shipped. The pages on this site say plainly what the product does not do, including the things a competitor would quietly leave off a comparison chart. If you find something on this site that overstates what the software does, tell us and we will fix the page.

Who it is for

Small and mid-sized commercial cleaning companies, roughly ten to a hundred and fifty buildings. Big enough that spreadsheets have stopped working, not big enough that a six-figure enterprise system and a six-month implementation make any sense.

If you are cleaning houses, this is the wrong product. If you are a national chain with a procurement department, there are systems built for that and they are not us.
