A janitorial client portal your building managers will actually log into.
Your clients see their buildings, the work you did, and the inspection that proves it. Your cleaners and your subcontractors get their own logins too. All of it comes with every plan.
Stop proving the work over the phone.
Every cleaning company gets the same call: did anyone come last night? With a portal, the client looks it up before they dial. The visit is there, with the checklist and the time on site.
- Their buildings, nothing elseA client login is pinned to that client's buildings. Two property managers at two companies never see each other's work.
- Every visit, with the checklistWhat was done, what was skipped, and how long the crew was on site. The answer to "did anyone come" stops being your word against a hallway.
- Scored inspection reportsThe same graded quality-control walks you run, visible to the client. A building that scores well sells the next contract for you.
- Service requests instead of voicemailsA request typed into the portal lands in your system as a tracked item with a status, not a sticky note on a monitor.
- Documents you choose to shareThe signed agreement, the proposal, the insurance certificate. You decide what is visible, per client and per building.
- Messages with a recordConversations live next to the building they are about, so nobody scrolls a text thread looking for what was promised.
One login for everyone who touches the work.
The people cleaning the building and the firms you sub to get portals of their own, and none of them can wander into your office side of the system.
- The cleaner portal, in English or SpanishToday's buildings, task checklists, open corrections, a can't-make-it flow, and photos that queue offline in basements and upload when signal returns. More on the crews page.
- The subcontractor portal, two modesA crew doing the work sees their buildings and tasks. A firm running its own people also sees the monthly payout invoice, and the firm's approver can approve it or dispute a line before anything is owed.
- Access your office controlsYou invite logins, you shut them off. Two-factor authentication is there for anyone who wants it, and password resets are self-service instead of a call to you.
- Your name on everythingPortal invites and emails go out under your company, not ours. To your clients, this is your system.
What this does not do
- Invoices are not in the client portal. They go out by email, with a pay-online link that uses your own payment processor.
- None of the portals are app-store apps. They are web pages that save to the home screen and work on any phone, which also means nothing to install or update.
Questions people actually ask
Does the client portal cost extra?
No. All three portals come with every plan, and there are no per-user fees. Invite every building manager you work with.
Can one client see another client's buildings?
No. A client login is pinned to that client's own buildings and sees nothing else. The wall is at the database, not just the app, and the isolation has been through a security audit.
What does a client actually see in there?
Their buildings, each service visit with its task checklist, scored inspection reports, any documents you chose to share, their open requests, and messages. They can submit a service request from any of it.
Do clients have to download an app?
No. The portal is a web page that works on any phone or computer and saves to the home screen. Nothing to install, nothing to update. Logins support two-factor authentication, and clients reset their own passwords.
One system, not five.
Show a client the portal before you show them a price.
Book a demo and see what your buildings would look like from the client's side. It is the one part of the app your clients will ever see, and it makes a ten-building company read like a hundred.
