Priced by buildings, not by people.
Every plan includes every feature, for unlimited users. The only thing that changes between them is how many buildings you clean.
Because that is how this business actually scales.
A cleaning company with 40 buildings has roughly 40 buildings' worth of work no matter how many people it takes to cover them. Charging per user means every crew you hire raises your software bill, which is a strange thing to be penalized for.
It also means you can put a login in the hands of everyone who should have one. Every cleaner gets the app. Every supervisor gets the schedule. Every client gets a portal. None of that changes what you pay, which is the only way those features get used instead of rationed.
No add-ons. No per-user fees. No surprises at renewal.
Everything ClientFlash does is in every plan. Here is what other cleaning software slips onto your invoice that you will never see on ours:
Your only line item is your building band above. That is the entire bill. Add-on creep is the number one complaint about software in this industry. We built the opposite.
Every plan includes bidding, proposals and e-signature, quality control, the client portal, invoicing and statements, subcontractor payouts, the bilingual cleaner app, white labeling, and every feature we ship next.
Pricing questions
What counts as an active building?
A building you currently clean under contract. Prospects you are bidding do not count, and a building you lose stops counting. You are priced on the work you actually have.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Add every cleaner, every supervisor, every office person and every client login you want. Charging per user in this industry punishes you for having crews, which is the whole business.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Send us your cleaner and property list as a spreadsheet and we will load it for you as part of getting started.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly, cancel anytime. Annual billing gets you two months free. Founding customers keep their locked price for as long as they stay.
What happens if I grow into the next band?
You move up when your active building count crosses the line, and back down if it drops. Growing into a higher band means you won more work, so the price should follow the business rather than surprise it.
