Janitorial crew management for the people who actually clean.
Your own employees and your subcontractor firms, on one schedule, in one system, with an app your crews will open because it speaks their language.
Most software in this industry assumes you sub everything out.
Plenty of cleaning companies run their own crews, and plenty run a mix. ClientFlash treats employees as the normal case and handles subcontractor firms in the same place, rather than bolting one onto the other.
- Employees and subcontractors togetherW-2 and 1099 in one roster, on one schedule, with the same buildings and the same task lists.
- Mobile clock-in and clock-outLocation-stamped and flagged when something looks unusual, so you have a record without standing over anyone.
- Scheduling with a double-booking warningAssign the same person to two buildings at the same hour and the system says so before it becomes a phone call at 6pm.
- Call-off and coverage alertsWhen somebody cannot make it, you find out through the system rather than from the client.
- Scorecards for cleaners and firmsInspection results and corrections roll up per person and per subcontractor, so the conversation is about a pattern, not a mood.
- HR personnel filesDocuments, dates, and records in one place instead of a filing cabinet and three inboxes.
English or Spanish, one tap.
A cleaner opens a web page on the phone they already have. No download, no app store, no password reset at 9pm because the store logged them out.
They see today's buildings, the task list for the one they are standing in, any open corrections, and the way to report a problem or say they cannot make it. They can flag a supply as running low, which lands on your side as something to order rather than a text you will forget.
The Spanish version is a real translation in the formal usted register, because this is a workplace and the app should sound like one. Anything your office typed, a building name, a specific instruction, stays exactly as you wrote it. Machine-translating your own words back at your crew is how instructions get misread.
What this does not do
- No geofencing. Clock-ins are location-stamped and flagged, not distance-locked. Anyone selling you a hard geofence should be asked what happens in a basement.
- The crew portal wants a connection for everything except photos, which queue on the phone in basements and dead zones and upload when signal returns.
- It does not cut paychecks. Pay rates live here so labor shows up in your per-building profit, and payroll hours export ready for your payroll system.
Questions people actually ask
Is the clock-in geofenced?
No, and we will not say it is. Clock-ins are stamped with the phone's location and flagged when something looks off, so you can see it and ask about it. The app does not lock a cleaner out based on distance from the building.
Do my cleaners need to install an app?
No. The crew portal is a web page they open on their phone and can save to their home screen. Nothing to download, nothing to update, and it works on whatever phone they already own.
How does the Spanish version work?
The cleaner picks their language and the whole portal switches. It is a real translation written in the formal usted register, not a machine pass. What does not get translated is anything your office typed, like a building name or a special instruction, because guessing at those would be worse than leaving them alone.
Can subcontractors use it too?
Yes. Subcontractor firms and your own W-2 employees live in the same system, and you assign a building to a whole crew or to one named person. A subcontractor owner sees the buildings his firm covers and can start visits on them himself.
One system, not five.
See your own numbers in it.
Book a demo and bring one real building. We'll walk it into the system live, bid it, and show you where the profit sits.
